Many Trapped As Another Building Collapses In Lagos

BEVERLY HILLS, March 18, (THEWILL) – Another building has Collapsed in Lagos State at No 57, Egerton square in Alakoro area, Lagos Island.

The incident which occurred at Oke Arin part of Lagos Island has had many people trapped in the rubbles.

The collapsed building is said to be part of the buildings marked for demolition by the state government.

This is coming barely a week after another building collapsed at Ita Faji, Lagos Island, killing 20 persons, including school children and left more than 40 people injured.

THEWILL recalls that another building collapsed in Ibadan, Oyo state, two days after the Ita Faji incident but no death was recorded.
