I got a random comment on a post I made well over two years ago. I had pretty much abandoned this blog, as it was becoming a bit of a workload keeping it up with all the Fancy pictures and tidbits. The comment was made by someone posing as a interested party, when in fact it was merely an attempt to get me to invest time researching whatever wares they are peddling by this medium.

If I am correct - shame on you Alena. Instead of issuing an empty compliment to this blog... one which would normally be taken with affection and enthusiasm (seeing as the human traffic interested in my rants and musings is extremely pathetic)... maybe you should have a read through some of the posts I have written. Sure I have from time to time been known to sport a little wood for Paula Abdul (which is probably not very interesting) AND my taste in music or literature may not be what tickles your fancy HOWEVER there is some poignant information on these pages speaking of the deaths of the men (and woman) who have to date given up their lives in the name of freedom - and a freedom of people who do not have the ability to defend themselves. This is important history. Much more important than one who is trying to get the masses to "check out" their web page for financial gain.

It is for the reasons above that I will at least update the growing list of soldiers who have been killed in the line of duty... and the list has grown substantially over these past 50 months.

Alena, if you return to this page to actually read what these angry fingers have typed and you have a true interest in what is before your eyes... then I apologize. I am betting that no apology is necessary.
