The Cloud buisness of Amazon has recorded threefold increase in the Revenue from operations.
Last year, the revenue stood at Rs 347 Crore while this year it has increased to Rs 1,206 crore.
The high usage is in particular due to increase in the custom made cloud related services.

Amazon Internet Services (AISPL), the reseller for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India, has also clocked a profit of Rs 28 crore. The same company had reported a loss of Rs 10 crore last year.
Similarly, Amazon Data Services has reported a revenue of Rs 945 crore, compared with Rs 243 crore the year before.
The enhanced revenue also saw an increase in revenue from general marketing and promotional services provided to group company Amazon Web Services. This contribution rose to Rs 165 crore from Rs 52 crore.
