Roommates to a female student of Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra state, brutalized her leaving her with several injuries.

According to reports, the incident happened at Migu Royal Hostel, Amaokpala. One Ezeobi told newsmen that the victim had always been bullied by her two roommates.

She alleged that the girl summoned courage one day and reported her roommates to her course representative after they seized her pad and provisions.

This angered her roommates who then bought a cane, locked the room and severely flogged her.
