Speaking at a Democratic rally at the University of Miami, Mr Biden, that worked as vice head of state under Barack Obama, repeated previous statements that he would “beat the hell out of” Donald Trump if they were in high school.

Mr Biden was discussing sexual assault throughout the ‘It gets on United States’ rally on Tuesday when he transformed his attention to the head of state and also his defaming statements about women exposed in an “Accessibility Hollywood” tape prior to the 2016 presidential election.
