Reports are coming out that Republicans are planning on cutting Trump’s original federal tax plan from 35% to 20%. But the plan remains fluid according to Republicans, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe sensitive negotiations. However, they said the template is taking a more definite shape ahead of a planned rollout next week by the “Big Six” negotiators from the White House, Senate and House.
