Det här en av de första bilderna som togs innan något arbete hade påbörjats, och som ni ser är det en ganska dyster syn, och inget utrymme man direkt vill nyttja.

Det första som gjordes var att riva ut det gamla golvet och börja regla upp ett nytt.

I början av arbetet var det svårt att föreställa sig hur vackert det en dag Skulle Bli på övervåningen – och att den dessutom skulle bli en hel lägenhet på ca 65 m².

Med tiden började Det Nya golvet ta form, men ytterväggarna och taket var fortfarande oisolerat, så jag ljuger inte när jag säger att det var kallt där uppe.

På vissa ställen var det endast bara plåttaket som skyddade oss från den kalla vintern utanför.

Till slut kom den efterlängtade dagen: Taket började isoleras, och sen kläs med träfiberskivor och gipsskivor.

Tack vare mycket hjälp från andra kunde jag till slut börja spackla, måla och lägga in det nya laminatgolvet – och på bilden längst ner kan ni se hur det såg ut i eftermiddags:

Det är svårt och tro att den första och sista bilden i inlägget är samma vind!

ENG: The top picture is one of the first pictures taken before any work had begun, and as you can see, it is a rather gloomy sight, and no space you want to use.

The first thing that was done was to tear out the old floor and start buildning a new one.

At the beginning of the work it was difficult to imagine how beautiful it would be on the upper floor – and that it would be a whole apartment of about 65 m².

Over time, the new floor began to take shape, but the exterior walls and ceiling were still uninsulated, so I’m not lying when I say it was cold up there.

In some places it was only the sheet metal that protected us from the cold winter outside.

Finally came the long-awaited day: We began to isolate the roof, and then covered it with hardboard and plasterboard.

Thanks to the help of others, I could finally start flaking, painting and laying in the new laminate floor – and in the picture at the bottom you can see what it looked like in the afternoon.

It’s hard and believe that the first and last image in this post is the same attic!
