He is "Nong Youhui", a little boy from DAHUA, china. When he was a baby his parents took him to the hospital in DAHUA, concerned over his bright blue eyes.
Dad Ling said: "They told me he would grow out of it and that his eyes would stop glowing and turn black like most Chinese people but they never did."
He has subjected to medical tests in complete darkness and It has proved that he has the ability to see and read just like others do in the normal light.
Some says that he is an Alien Hybrid. Amaizing, isn't it?

නොන්ග් යොඋහි "Nong Youhui" නම්වන මෙම කුඩා දරුවා චීනයේ ඩහුවා "DAHUA, China" නමැති නගරයේ වාසය කරන්නෙකි. නිල් පහැති ඉතා දීප්තිමත් ඇස් ඇති මෙම දරුවාගේ අස්වාභාවිකත්වය නිසා බියවූ ඔහුගේ දෙමාපියන් මීට ටික කලකට පෙර ඔහුව ඩහුවා ප්‍රදේශයේ රෝහලකට ගෙනගොස් ඇති අතර එහිදී වෛද්‍යවරුන් පවසා ඇත්තේ බොහෝමයක් චීන ජාතිකයන් මෙන් මොහුගේ ඇස්වල මෙම දිදුලන ස්වභාවය වයසත් සමග අඩුවනු අති බවයි. නමුත් එය එසේ නොවීය.
