Dog-Friendly Outdoor Fun in Georgia #AAA

If you are in the southeast, Oz wants you to get up and go to Georgia and enjoy some dog-friendly outdoor fun with your dog.

We are so happy to have a photo of Oz on his High Falls State Park adventure featured in the May/June 2017 AAA Listing magazine on the “Get up and Go! Ways to enjoy Georgia this season” page. It is one of my favorite photos from our Georgia State Parks trip with Oz smiling in front of the waterfalls.

Oz is highlighting “3 Places for Outdoor Fun” as the first adventure on the list is the dog-friendly Paws on the Falls Day at High Falls State Park. Scheduled for Saturday, June 3 from 10 AM to 11 AM, you and your dog can explore the High Falls Trail.

The High Falls Trail is one of the seven trails in Georgia State Parks Tails on Trails program. Oz loved hiking this moderately challenging trail through hilly forests with his friend Rocco from To Dog with Love.

For June 3rd’s Paws on the Falls, there is a $5 per dog admission fee and Georgia State Parks will have a surprise for each dog in attendance. There is a parking fee of $5 as well.

For more information on Paws on the Falls Day visit High Falls State Park website.
We invite you to follow Georgia State Parks on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
