Little beating heart no bigger than a summer cherry

Universe of purrs

Green eyes blink the world

Breaths of small ribbed wind

Whiskers extend your mystique

Little licks on my arm in the night when I stir

Curl around me in a fever

Sleep close like a sister

Sweet ears protect from spirits

Little orange cat, you are ours
