Step 2: On the next screen click on “Continue to Login” button. Then you will find that it is asking for userid & password. If you have received your SBI net banking kit from bank then you can directly proceed with the userid & password. Otherwise click on the “New user? Register here” option.
Step 3: As soon as you click on the link you will get a pop up message with below message. Click on OK button and proceed further.
You can easily skip the first 2 steps by clicking on the “New User? Register Here” link. Click on the link and simply fill up the online form. You don’t have to visit the branch to get the PPK. After successful submission of this form, you will get the PPK in your home address by post.
Step 4: Now the further steps are kind of self explanatory. You have to provide the information one by one carefully, E.g. your account number, CIF number, branch code, your country, registered mobile number and finally captcha code. Check your passbook for all these informations. Finally click on submit button.
Step 5: On submit you will get a OTP in your registered mobile number and screen will also change and asking for the OTP. Provide the same and confirm further.
Step 6: On the next screen you will find 2 options to choose for. And they are
- I have my ATM card (Online registration without branch visit)
- I don’t have my ATM card (Activate by branch only)
This is the time to activate sbi net banking registration online using debit card / ATM card. So, choose the first option.
Step 7: Now go to next screen where you will find a temporary USER NAME generated for you. You can change the username later on after successfully login to your SBI net banking account. Now, provide your login password. Make sure you are providing a secure and difficult password to remember for others, not for you.
