Well, that’s it, we’re into November which means it’s basically a countdown to Christmas now. I’m not quite ready to embrace Christmas though, I don’t start to feel Christmassy until December so for now I think we’ll still enjoy the Autumn and getting out and about before it gets too cold. Here’s a little look at what we did in October… Birthday My birthday is at the start of October and for the first time ever I had to go to work on my birthday – yuk! I used to always take the day off but thanks to schools having so much holiday I’ve used up all my annual leave. It wasn’t too bad though and after school we went for Mexican food which was nice, especially on a school night. Gotta love giant sombreros and churros! Bike ride While the sun was still shining and it was fairly warm we went for a walk/bike ride at Upton Country Park – that’s us walking and Little H riding her bike!
