Working on a Healthier Me

It took me about a year after having Reed to know that I wanted to become Healthier and lose some of that pre- and post-baby weight. Getting into the right mindset and finding time, as a new Mom, was the biggest hurdle to jump. But with achievable goals, a realistic diet plan, and a solid support system, I was able to lose weight and obtain a healthier lifestyle than before. I am going to share with you the plans that I established to accomplish my lifestyle goals and how I plan to continue
