5 super easy and healthy ice pops

It has been freaking hot of late, and that in my household has meant that our kitchen has turned pretty much into an ice pop factory. When they are so quick and easy to make, why buy? Plus also a great way of sneaking in some extra goodness into your littles. Here are my 5 favourite super easy and Healthy Ice Pops.

Strawberry & banana

Whizz up:

2 cups of strawberries (fresh of frozen)

1 banana sliced

1 cup milk of your choice

1 tablespoon of honey (or to taste)

Pour & freeze!

Peaches & cream

Whizz up:

A pack of peaches or nectarines (skinned and stoned)

1 cup of Greek Yogurt

1 tablespoon of honey ( or to taste)

Pour & freeze!

Chocolate & avocado (yes really!)

Whizz up:

1 ripe avocado

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 cup of milk of your choice

2 tablespoons of honey

Pour & freeze!

Strawberry & watermelon

Whizz up:

2 cups diced watermelon

2 cups strawberry

1/2 cup water

Pour & freeze!

Pina Colada

Whizz up:

1/2 a pineapple cut into cubes

1 banana sliced

1 cup of coconut milk (add more to taste)

Pour & freeze!

There you have it, super easy, super healthy and a massive crowd pleaser for all the family! Which ice pop tickles your fancy?
