DIY Flag Craft
With the Fourth of July just right around the corner we came up with an easy and quick Diy Flag Craft. We really wanted to use our 14 month old’s handprint but we couldn’t get him to cooperate with us so we did a footprint instead. Our flag still turned out pretty cute and very patriotic!
Supplies
- 5×7 Canvas Panel
- Non-Toxic Blue Paint
- Children’s Washable Paint
- Small Paint Brush
Directions
- Start out with a blank 5×7 canvas panel
- Dip your child’s handprint or foot print in the blue paint
- Dab their handprint or footprint off slightly with a paper towel
- Place their handprint or footprint on the left side of the canvas
- Let that dry
- Once dry, paint red stripes along the right side of their handprint or footprint
After completing these steps you are all done! You now have a beautiful and personalized Diy Flag craft! This is a great craft for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Veteran’s Day!
Happy Crafting!
