1. Little Blue Truck by Alice Schertle

The Little Blue Truck series are one of our absolute favorites! They have so many different varieties such as Little Blue Truck’s Springtime, Little Blue Truck’s Christmas, Little Blue Truck’s Halloween, Little Blue Truck Leads the Way, and Little Blue Truck’s Beep Along Book. These books have great illustrations and teaches good messages to children. They are great for both boys and girls!

2. Are You My Mother by P.D. Eastman

This is just such a cute book for babies! It has such cute illustrations! It follows a little bird who is always asking “Are You My Mother?” while on a journey to find it’s mother. We have so much fun with this book! After reading it we play a little game with our son asking him who’s his mother.

3. Oh, the Places You’ll Go! by Dr. Seuss

We are HUGE Dr. Seuss fans! This is such a sweet book with a great message for children of all ages! It teaches them that there are ups and downs throughout life but that the ups are always greater than the downs.

4. Five Little Monkeys Jumping On The Bed by Eileen Christelow

We love reading Five Little Monkeys Jumping On The Bed to our son! It was one of my favorites as a kid and it reads so nicely! Our son gets a kick when I exaggerate the line “The Doctor Said, NO MORE MONKEYS JUMPING ON THE BED!”. Definitely a fun book to read and it is the perfect length for a bedtime story too!

5. On the Night You Were Born by Nancy Tillman

This is one of the sweetest books that we read to our Baby. It has a very sentimental message about the night a new baby was brought into the world and just how special they truly are. Also the illustrations are beautifully done and very calming!

6. Simple First Words Let’s Talk by Roger Priddy

Want a fun way to teach baby their first words? This book is wonderful for this! It has not only huge pictures of the words but also says the word as well! At the moment this is our son’s favorite book! He has learned to say half of the words already.

7. My First Library 12 Books by PiKids

These books are great to introduce baby to books! They are cardboard so they are able to play with them without damaging the pages! They have so many different varieties of these books you will definitely be able to find some with characters your baby loves!

8. Dr. Seuss’s Circus McGurkus 1,2,3! by Dr. Seuss

This book is great for the younger babies. It is a soft cloth book that has an imbedded rattle in it ! They are sure to have fun with this book that also doubles as a toy!

9. Good Night Georgia (Good Night Our World) by Adam Gamble

One of the biggest reasons I love these books are that they introduce your child to where they live! Its fun to be able to show your baby some of the biggest attractions of their state and what their state has to offer! They have these books for every state and some of the major cities too!

10. Big Red Barn by DK

Want to teach baby farm animal sounds? This interactive book teaches baby what sounds farm animals make! Its a bright fun book with realistic illistrations and sounds! Your baby is sure to have tons of fun with all the sounds this book makes!
