Today's Competitive world of Kids

Today morning I got up and was reading newspaper. Yesterday ICSE results were out, so full page articles of toppers were flashed in all newspaper. Highest score is approx 99.8%. Do you all feel these scores are reliable and appropriate? There were times when we used to get above 60% and our parents used to feel proud Wow...my child scored first class in SSC exams and they used to distribute sweets to family and neighbours and friends.
But I wonder, what are these today's scores justifying? Kids are just struggling, running, slogging in these competition. I remember in language paper if we used to get 70% it was like wow feeling and achievement. There was excitement of even getting first class  results rather it was 65% or 80% or 90%. But looking at today's number I am confused and rather scared. Maximum kids have scored above 90%. What are the kids below 90 or 80 or 70 gonna think or do. Parents also want, "mere bacche ko 90 above toh aana hi chahiye..." I want to ask them did we ever scored this numbers easily?
Ya its true, that to survive in this competition we need to struggle to achieve goals. And if our child has caliber of scoring 90% he will get those numbers. But Board exams are not the last thing of their career its just an start. Let them do well and score their % according to their capabilities. As the comparison has made them struggle and they get an inferior complexity in themselves.
Before starting their career, they start getting upset and stressed for their career. Friends, give them a comfort level. Kids will score according to their level of intelligence. If a child is an average student he can't compete with those scoring 90%. Let him work hard in his comfort zone and score the best as per his caliber.
As a parent we all try our best to fulfill our child's need. Let their innocence be there without dragging them into competition which will destroy their childhood.
Today, we all are aware that suicidal case among youngsters have increased alot. What must be going in their mind at that particular time? Why they take such a harsh step and what make them do this?
And by listening all such news even other  kids run with thoughts and get strength and encouragement of doing such things and losing their life for very much immaterial reason. Life is not such worthless to end this way. Problems and difficulties are there in everyone's life, let us make our kids so strong  that these worries dont make them weak and put them in depressive mode.
We never want our kids to learn about any bad incident which can spoil their thought process. But now a days, social media is like bullet train everything is like an open book. Few months back such suicidal news of a student went viral and my daughter also came to know about it. And she had many questions in her mind. We told her dont listen to all these news but we cant stop them as our kids are exposed to social media. The stories go viral before the reason is found out of any thing. We explained her that God has gifted us such a beautiful life than why we cannot live happily in this beautiful world. Have we ever asked that fellow, who doesnt have food to eat even for one time or that child who sells some stuff just to survive that moment or those who stay on footpath  they dont even know where they will take shelter next????
Friends it is a very serious matter to look upon. If we find our kids are quite, disturbed, tensed, cranky, spare quality time with them. Ask and discuss their cause of worries. As suicidal amongst kids have increased like percentage  score of today's  board exam.
So, parents please today, it was someone else's child but tomorrow we dont want anyone's kid to go through this kind of worry, that he has to take such step and end the life before it starts. What parents of such kids may be going through? Noone can  even judge their feelings and sentiments.
Let us pledge to make our children strong to face this competition rather than worrying about  results of this competition.
"We dont promise to fix your all problems
But we promise we wont let you fight it alone"
