Juat sharing another healthy snack recipe that is toddler approved!
Ingredients
- 1 carrot (pureed)
- 1 sweet potato (pureed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil)
- 1 1/2 cup cups oats
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup coconut flakes
Bake for 20 mins at 350C
