Last Sunday, Mei Mei's preschool had their annual Talent time show and definitely Mei Mei was thrilled and excited. She has been practicing and showing us her performance.

However, on that day, Mei Mei was very moody and no smile from my princess, but Mei Mei insists on having the performance.  In the end, after getting her trophy, hubby quickly get Mei Mei and straight to the clinics. Only we realized that Mei Mei was having a high temperature due to throat infection.

I can imagine how much effort Mei Mei has put in her show - singing and dancing with sore throat and bad cough.

Sometimes, children do show us some positive characters that we adults, tend to forget. In this case, Mei Mei has reminded me the word -DETERMINATION. Due to long process and time constraint, I can easily give up a task half way. If a child can be so determined to get on with her show, we adults should work harder and stand for what is right.
