It would answer quite a few questions. First of all, why do we have so many things wrong with us? Of course, since we live longer, that might be an answer. Unless we haven’t been here very long.

The idea that comets or meteors carry microscopic life is not absurd. Look where life can exist here on Earth. There are some very interesting microbes out there.

If our origins are from out there, it would stand to reason that we will probably people pretty much like us out there. That would be cool. It would be great it we find different kinds of life too.

Life is complicated. But easy for it to travel in space if it is microbrial in nature.

Who knows, maybe when an asteroid or meteor hits Earth, it will send some microbes flying out to other places.
