We enter into this agreement to Prevent the Master Prime Builder from receiving a Delivery [Of what is defined as 109 'Taruli' of devices ('Delestuan)] or from requesting that delivery to the 'Baracstwe' (room) on the planet he resides on.

A delivery can be made if it is not requested and that allows 4 disbursements to the recipient in the terms of this covenant.

There are eight caveats

7.All 'connections' must be valued .
8.The Esmenitor must prevail.

as i am reading this , some of the spellings are changing , so i guess as i work to resolve it , ill take it in the spirit intended.

1. It must be 'held' (bound not broke apart)
2.It can-not un mesh any destenance translates to weft or welve
3. This condition is invalid as they do not exist now. they did at the time it was written 31.8 Infilo ago.
4.Translates to 'the exiled' can-not participate , ie outside of this plane of reality
5. all acquisitions are fell shinned , i.e. if a computer - then it has no software (bereft)
6.they cannot stop it from devolving or evolving , eg an upgrade or downgrade programme. But there is no condition to say it must meet the terms of evolving/devolving.
7. all connections are valued , ie a price put to all electronic components OR any' gifter' given credit
8. The Upshork / Esmenitor must prevail.

there were 2 other covenants relating with this one that had in total 407 caveats , however on examination they have been 'truxoed' (cancelled).
