Release schedule for ICE Linux

First Ice Linux reference kernel is scheduled for release during second half of 2018.

Inspired by the works of George R. R. Martin all ICE Linux releases will be named after northern characters from his A Song of Ice and Fire universe. For any Game of Thrones fans out there it is appropriate to assure that the third release will not be called Cersei.

Subject to resourcing constraints and pointy haired backlog shuffling the first full release called Arya is expected to happen around December 2018.

A substantial amount of ICE Linux code falls naturally into the GPL category. For the rest it is still unclear and undecided what kind of licensing model would best serve the project interests.
