Daneben kann die künstliche Intelligenz dem Helpdesk nützen: Viele Support-Tickets betreffen bestimmte Fragestellungen, etwa Passworterneuerung oder User-Berechtigungen. Anhand einer Knowledge Base lassen sich diese Support-Fälle ohne manuellen Eingriff abwickeln.
