In previous episode we talked about the concept of Affiliate Marketing. If you aren’t very familiar with the concept then I highly suggest listening to last week’s episode first.

Today we are moving on to more important things.

In this episode you will learn what you need to do BEFORE applying as an affiliate. Being an affiliate is completely free however some platforms might reject you depending on the information you provide them with.

One of the first thing you will need is a website (also referred to as blog from now on). Setting up a blog is easy however it’s the information on your blog that matters the most. It matters to your affiliate platforms, to Google and of course to your readers.

Once you have your site set-up you will need to get targeted traffic. If people aren’t coming to your site and buying things then you aren’t making money. It’s rather simple.
