My Big Hairy Audacious Goal

In this video not only will you find out what my profits for the year 2017 were; we are also going to be discussing my BHAG for 2018!

What is a BHAG you may be asking? It is my Big Hairy Audacious Goal. My BHAG is looking to be a little more than TRIPLE what my profits were for 2017!

You are probably asking the same question my wife has asked as well; “How on earth are we going to hit that goal?” Here is my answer: “I don’t know exactly.”

The whole point of a BHAG is to stretch yourself.

With our BHAG being identified we have taken a number and etched it in stone. Setting this goal transforms the mindset of the team from just putting in their best effort; to ownership of the goal and the strategies behind accomplishing it.

Come hell or high water, we ARE going to hit our goal!

Bottom line is this – If you don’t have a number that you are absolutely committed to hitting you will not be as creative as you need to, in order to get yourself there.
