Get to know Supreeda "Shine" Sutheeravet

I believe in approaching life with a positive attitude. Having said that, my motto is “Whatever you do will always mean something because in the end, everything will be your life experience.” I’m opened to trying new things and I have many hobbies including playing guitar, watching movies, watching animes, and playing games. I see myself as a friendly guy who is easily approachable, which I think contributes to me having lots of friends.

To give you an insight on what made Shine our Super Proton of the month, here are a few words from his manager - Onn Hinthong

• He loves to give an advice to people in order to help them getting a knowledge.
• He always has reasons when it comes to requests we can't do, it's a good standard that we can use it to communicate with our client so they will understand us more
• He always learning and growing with teen energy, this make his work look really neat with less mistake. Also, he's doing well with the role of a keyman in Cognac to connect all members together too.
• He took proactive steps to improve his leader skill and he was a very good in production team help to communicate our ideas effectively with others, inspire others.

What made you interested in working for Pronto?

I knew nothing when I first got here but I noticed that Pronto has a really nice environment with happy employees. Then I found out that at Pronto, anyone can suggest ideas and know that they will be heard, no matter how old you are or what position you’re in. This is something that I’ve always been looking for, a place where employees can make a change, where they can feel confident about what they do each day. The vibe here is really modern and laid back, too. There’s no uniform and you can wear anything you want.

What steps do you take to make sure the clients you work with are always happy?

We have what is known as “Pronto Values”, they’re a set of values that we strive to meet diligently. It teaches us to look at things from various perspectives, to always be growing and learning and to help people through our services. It leads us to create quality products and services, which in turn makes our clients happy. The most important thing is to try our best to meet our client’s unique needs but also be ready to suggest alternatives that are practical.

What's your favorite part about working at Pronto?

You can be sure to make many friends here. Our office is diverse and everyone is friendly with lots to share in terms of life experience and knowledge, no matter your age, race or position. I come to work feeling happy everyday.
