Dunkirk wins the battle at the box office

Christopher Nolan has scored another win at the Box Office.

Sitting at the top of the box Office this week is Dunkirk with $50M off of a $150M budget.

Girls Trip came in second with $30.37M off of a $19M budget.

Third place went to Spider-Man: Homecoming with $22M for a new domestic total of $251.71M and global haul of $571.71M off of a $175M budget.

War for the Planet of the Apes came in foruth with $20.4M for a new domestic total of $97.75M and $149.61M globally off of a $150M budget.

Rounding out the top five was Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets with $17M. Not a great start for a film with a budget of $209M.

This week will see Atomic Blonde and The Emoji Movie hits theaters.
