I just heard this amusing expression tonight on his show, and judging by Dr. Savage's inventive way with words, it might very well have been coined tonight. He was referring to what he sees as the effect of the recent terrorist bombing on the British government.

Savage uses drama and emotion to convey his opinions and points. His frustration at the absurdity he perceives around him is apparent through the loaded but simple terms he uses to frame his thoughts and often fosters a sympathetic ear in the listener. His style of thought and of using language cuts right to the chase, and thus words, expressions and new pronunciations are born on a regular basis.
