We need a third person.  When I say person, I mean man, but its not politically correct to specify "man", even if it is true.  We installed a large telecommunications Mast last week.  Its eight meters high, which is fine, but it really needs to go to its full height of twelve metres.  The mast is really Heavy to push up, especially the final telescopic section, and we need two people to push it up while a third inserts a bolt to hold it in place.

My employee, has a friend who can help, but he's not available until Friday.  He has another friend who can help, but apparently his arms are skinny and he won't be much good.

I am still bruised from carrying the heavy steel beams over hundreds of yards of rough moorland. I found the best way was to carry the three metre lengths across my shoulders and then wrap my forearms over them.  It leads to cramp, but at least the chances of falling are reduced.

It would have been worse if I'd had skinny arms.  I am blessed with a strong physique.  My colleague is too - he was in the special forces in his home country and is fit for most things.  I wonder if he's heavy dropped through a skylight on a rope and shot lots of bad guys.

Anyway, its late and I need a shower.  Goodnight.
