Rather than visiting our usual restaurants, we went to Fresch Restaurant to try something different. It's a modern Australian restaurant, I think. Actually I don't really know what is Australian food.
Anyway, the entree was some croquettes with mushroom and truffle. It was pretty impressive and well done.
Cheesy pasta showed the cheesy side of the chef. The dish looked like Maggie noodle with parmesan cheese. It took a whole long time to arrive to ensure hungry stomach.
Fish of the day. If I recalled correctly it was Emperor fish. The fish was ok, nicely fried but the other stuff on the place was out of place and did nothing to add depth of flavour to the dish.
Steak was edible but also came with some out of place vege.
