Sad to think that behind of other's victory there is one person on the other hand who mourn his defeat and choose path to hook into drug and liquor addiction. It is in our consciousness that every games or fight there's merely person remain stand in the battle and that's the winner. It doesn't mean you lose things you desire; it is the end of life. Our life experiences have no ending until we die. We must face the circumstances of all things that we want to obtain, but unfortunately Failure is part of life.

Most often failure happened if you have lack of commitment into things, lack of study and strategies. Or maybe you in the wrong track of choosing the profession or career you wanted to be .You maybe not effective in selling but you are good in accounting. You maybe lose the presidential bid but you found your craft as a great businessman. You maybe not as strong of Pacman fist, a man with a powerful heart of determination and a persistent of discipline to pursue goal to be a king of boxing all over the world. But maybe you are great of managing boxer's to motivate and inspire as great as Pacman. Or maybe you are in the right track but it's not your turn yet in the limelight. Do not lost hope, acknowledged God and be humble that you can't do anything without him and everything is possible when you believe and have faith on him.

"If the Lord delights in a man's way, he makes his steps firm; though he stumble , he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand "  Psalm 37:23,24

Dealing Depression with Drugs and Liquors is a sign of weakness and uncourageous. Being stumble at once, is not an excuse to punish you. Your families are your number one fans and idolizes as you. You are the model of them of how strong person is you of dealing failures in life. Each one of us are experiencing different forms of failure and depression but it relies on us how we deal with them, It is a matter of choice and decision if we ruined our lives  or we remain strong and fight depression in a right manner and perception.

Normally, it is a human nature, If don’t feeling good and hardly confront the ill feelings they're likely jump into another tank to escape, Most often they drowned with bar hopping, clubs had drinks, sniff drugs and fun with friends but after a while the burden still there and keep the same routine, until being hooked and felt worthless and start questioning, why my life jammed?. They end up of blaming others and become despair to pursue goals and aspiration in life.

Every individual has no exception of experiencing depression; everyone has different approach, others dealt wisely and some desperately. Personally, as I grew matured, I learned myself being submissive and laid my all wearies to God I did Quiet Moment with him and cried out my emotions in order release my suffocated feelings and I amazed the effect after a while, It seems like the storm just passing by in a few minutes and I feel comforted.

Added to that, here’s some point I learned to deal with depression.
    • Treat yourself, eat finest food and have relaxation massage.
    • Meditate, Have quiet moment with God and seek his presence, wisdom, comforts and guidance
    • Define your problem that cause your depression , after your findings find the best solutions and build ACCEPTANCE in yourself that everyone made a mistake and we do not have control over every situation even how we map-out our plan very well because that’s the fact.
    • Express your feelings and find comfort from your love ones, this is one way to ease your burden and feel great to know someone’s with you despite of your failures.
    •  Select the activities you do, be careful of choosing the movies you like to watch, select music that inspired and makes you relaxes.
    • Have good sleeping habit. take a warm bath before going to bed, give your body time to wind down, avoid eat heavy meals before going to bed and stimulants food like coffee. Avoid stressful things and doing exercise before bedtime.
    • Trust God and believe yourself in everything you do. But do not build high expectation on every situation.
    •  Be patient
Maybe, you are ones Hatton's situation, there's still chance, look back all your achievement from the past imagine how you escape all those obstacles and used it as your motivation in your present situation. Life is never been perfect and no one’s perfect, each one of us has our own weaknesses, Pacman has his own weaknesses too, woman? , President Aquino, he maybe got everything power, money, fame, influence but he can't find a right bride or wife to be, Angelina Jolie seems happy with her hubby Brad but seems her happiness won’t be complete until people forget how Brad dump Jen.

Take a look and see how Hatton knocked down...the same of our lives when we fell we must learn how we stood up again , don’t lived from the past but learned from it and take it as a challenge. Don’t let yourself buried from defeat! ...I bravely say, YOU, ME, THEY and HATTON, Arise from the ground! And don’t give up! Don’t stop believing on yourself! Don’t stop running until you win the race!

      THE CHOICE IS YOURS!

"YOU WERE BORN TO BE A WINNER, BUT TO BE A WINNER, YOU MUST PLAN TO WIN AND PREPARE TO WIN.

"Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent"      Marilyn Vas Savant

"The will to win is important, but the will to prepare is vital"
       Joe Paterno, football coach

"Persistence is what makes the impossible, the possible likely, and the likely definite."
