The cold temperatures, wind and snow can cause Hair to become dull and lifeless.The cool air and indoor heating can suck the moisture right of your hair leaving it dry and brittle, causing split ends, frizz and breakage. Here are some tips on how to keep your hair nourished and resilient throughout the winter months.

1. We mentioned in last weeks post, How to Rid Of Annoying Static in Hair, that using a moisturizing shampoo is important for reducing static as it is adding much need nourishment. Following up with a moisturizing or hydrating conditioner is also a must during the winter. Look for conditioners which contain essential fatty acids and humectants to help seal in moisture.
