Say "NO" to marks

Why do you people always run after those stupid grades in examinations! Do you really think marks are the Measure of knowledge? Absolutely NO, refer history for live proofs. Many people live under a false assumption the mere ‘ranks’ and ‘scores’ are enough without caring of the ‘knowledge’; unfortunately I am not in the list. I say unfortunate because I am never respected for this idea; people say I am unfortunate but I, myself, feel glad for the exception.
Grades may be essential for analysing the ability not they are not sufficient to do it. I don’t score best mark doesn’t indicate I am dumb and unfit for education. The word ‘education’ itself means gaining knowledge but not scores and ranks. What were the rankings of Einstein, Newton and the successors who are considered the FATHERS of science? And don’t talk about ‘competition’ because it is the relative measure of our standard with respect to exams and not knowledge. Why should I care of what my class mate is when I am focussed on MYSELF. Why do I need to be troubled for other’s abilities and performance? I AM WHAT I AM. Please understand that ‘grades are not the scale for knowledge’, not at least in the present situation where 90% is prevalent. Try to realise the importance of ‘knowledge’ and encourage the lofty minds instead of eminent score cards.
