How to expand your Comfort Zone

Your Comfort Zone is the area in which you feel comfortable to operate in.

Your comfort Zone is created in many different ways:
1.    By your Community
2.    Your parents
3.    Your family
4.    Your job
5.    The school you attended,
6.    Your friends
7.    The area where you stay
You create your comfort zone by your feeling about something. When you feel comfortable you are in your comfort zone. If you feel uneasy you are outside your comfort zone or outside the box.

Mostly people stay inside their comfort zone because it is expected of them. Someone will tell you that what you want to do is too risky and they will point out all the points that they feel will prevent you from reaching your goal.  Things like starting a business, quitting you job, move to another town or country, invest your money in a certain scheme.

The problem here is that it may be too risky for that person but not for you. Another way to look at it is that the person that tells you not to do something that you really want to do is scared that you may become successful and they will stay where they are. Just remember that it is only their opinion. You are the one who want to rise out and reach your goal.

When you want to do something risky the first thing you need to do is not to listen to anyone that is not where you want to go. Do not take advice from someone, on quitting your job to start a business, when that person is working for someone else for the last 30 years. He is in his comfort zone. Leave him there. But don’t stay there yourself.

Imagine Columbus. If he didn’t step out of his comfort zone and set sail into the unknown, America wouldn’t have been there. And this is the case with everything that was ever invented; someone stepped out of his comfort zone and did the unexpected, that which couldn’t be done, something new, the impossible.

The problem is that if we don’t step out of the box we would still be living like Adam and Eve did.

To help you to step out of your comfort zone I compiled the 5 Greatest Articles on Your Comfort Zone that I could find on the Internet for you.
