So I’m a woman – who loves long distance running, strength Training, weight lifting, yoga, pilates, and general fitness.For some time now experts has recommended that women alwats has a pro training breakfast while men should try to eat a post training breakfast.
Now, if I was too eat breakfast before my workout sessions I would seriously be sick. So I don’t do it. Regardless of the intensity, or energy I spend I never eat breakfast before mhy training.
