My in-between meals usually consists of one, or two hardboiled eggs, a Smaller slice of cheese, some nuts, a small teaspoon of peanut butter, or a smaller serving of cooked lentil or pea pasta. 

But honestly nothing beats a big bowl of fresh fruit and berries (strawberries or cherries).
