There are so many different Environmental issues in the world today that it is hard to narrow it down to discussing just a few. The number one Environmental Issue in the world today is global warming. You would have had to been asleep every day if you haven’t already noticed the effects of global warming on our earth. Most of us can agree that the world has become quite a bit warmer and our seasons are all starting to mesh together a bit. I live in North Carolina and it used to snow here, but not as much these last few years as it use to.

Another environmental issue of today is the ozone depletion. We all can take credit for this happening as most of the products we use on our skin and hair have pollutants in them that are destroying the ozone layer a little each and every day.

Yet another environmental issue that is currently taking place is deforestation. It doesn’t take a scientist to notice that more and more trees are being cut down to allow for more buildings to take their place. The animals that live in these forests are also noticing that their homes are being destroyed and that they have to find other places in which to live.

I don’t know if you have noticed or not but our water is no Longer Free to us. If you live in the city and are unable to have a well of your own, you likely have to pay a water bill each month. Also check out the price of water next time you go to a restaurant. You may be surprised to find that it is no longer free as water degradation is in full swing.
