Hi, friends!
It's officially back to School season
in my part of the globe. Belle is now a
first grader, and her hours are a little longer.
I know she can handle all the new subjects.
And she is excited to see her school friends again.
Since our Belle is still an only child, she is really
super Friendly. She is always the first one to say hello
to other girls in a room. But, some children are just
not in a friendly mood. What do you teach or say to
your child when they face a hostile girl/boy?
Our sweet girl met some unfriendly girls twice now.
As any parent would say, as much as we love our children,
and want to protect them from the harsh world, they need
to learn to defend themselves.
On a lighter note, this grade school thing just made me
realize that my baby is really a big girl now.
I can still remember the day she came to this
world. So moments these days are very treasured!
