Well since my last post I've been through alot of stuff, some good but mostly bad and i have had trouble coping.
I even took a few days to have a think if i should or should not start taking depression medication again, i decided against it I've come so far and don't want to be stuck in that trap.

I think i made the right decision so I've been using every ounce of strength to push myself forward once again.
First of was to get my weight loss back on track as of today I'm down to 15st 4lb and i was 16st 5lb, I'm using it so i get the feeling that i am making progress so i guess you could say this is my back-up plan.
I still have not quit smoking yet but i don't think now is the time to tackle that problem i have too many other things to deal with.
I'll make a few more posts explaining what I've been through over the last few month for you all.
Wish me luck for my future goals.
