Our family loves Mexican food, Makenna included. I make a variety of Mexican dishes but this one is by far our favorite. It's also probably one of the meals I make most often for us in general. I Love this recipe because it's such good comfort food and so very easy to make, too. It's warm and gooey and really Cheesy. This would be a very easy recipe to alter to your personal preferences by
