QUICK COCOA CAKE RECIPE

Having food technologist sisters, I gained interest on baking and cooking. On the 3rd day of March 2010, I with the help of a friend (Xieh) and my younger brother(Kenneth) baked a Quick Cocoa Cake for my Mother's birthday(Mar 4).

I'll show you hasty steps on the creation of our chocolatey goodness. Yum!

Basic things needed are wax paper, baking pan, sifter, measuring cup, measuring spoon, mixing bowl, wooden spoon, and mixer or beater.

6 tbsp. Cocoa
2 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 c. Cold water/evaporated milk

1. Preheat oven to 180ºC or 338ºF
2. Sift the 1st four ingredients into a mixing bowl.
3. Add the rest and stir after all ingredients are in.

4. Beat well.

5. Transfer to a large pan or two layers and bake in a moderate oven.

Drum roll. . . .

Here are our outputs. We created two out of same recipe.

So Quick right? Now its time to create yours..

The bakers.. It seems like we've messed up with our cake flour that we spread it all over our face. Look how whitish they are. Lol.whew!
