The last weekend in April my parents and Eddie and I are taking a Trip into Maine to Bangor to hopefully buy material for the wedding. We will be staying at my Aunt and Uncle’s cottage in New Brunswick for 4 nights and will be making at least one day trip into the US.

Eddie and I are so excited. It is his first trip to the US. We went and got a passport for him the other day specifically for this trip. He’ll need it anyways for our honey moon. It’s soon going to be time to start planning the trip.

We are planning for the weekend to go to Jo-Ann Fabric in Bangor. We have the pattern’s already for the Wedding Dress and for the bridesmaids and flower girl dresses. I can’t wait to get started on them.

The wedding dress is just a regular dress pattern. But we are going to turn it into a wedding dress using charmeuse and lace. I can’t wait to get started on it. Mom and I are going to sew it together. We are making all the dresses. We are also doing the food ourselves, cold platters and we are doing all the decorations ourselves.

Edward’s sister-in-law is doing the photography and her friend is doing the cake. She is a professional cake maker and does beautiful work. We have the wedding invitations done and in the mail and some we still have to deliver to people close by. I’m so excited it is all coming together nicely!
