Step One

       So today I've decided to take that first step in my weight loss process. I want to lose 150 and more pounds. I'm so tired of my weight bringing me down everyday. Something has got to change. I have only eaten a bagel today. I'm putting myself on a cleansing diet. Only water or tea for two weeks. I weigh 237...that's a lot for an 18 year old. I have to do this. Not for others but for me..I'm doing this for me.
