Aspirin To Pass Drug Test

If you are a cannabis user and are worried about an upcoming Drug test, there are some things that you can do to help you pass the test. One of the most widely known tricks is increasing your fluid intake right before you submit your urine sample. The more liquids you take, the more diluted your urine becomes.

But, did you know that you can also take Aspirin to beat the drug test?

How To Use Aspirin To Pass A Drug Test

There are people that claim that they have been successful in using aspirin to pass their urine drug tests.  Laid out below are the steps on how to do it.

A few days before the test

Start taking creatinine supplements.

Creatinine supplements can help build your muscles and make them stronger. They are often used to improve muscle mass, resistance, and endurance. They also have positive effects to the brain by inducing more dopamine to reduce feelings of tiredness, exhaustion, and fatigue.

The normal creatinine level is 20 mg/dL. If you try to beat your drug test by drinking lots of water beforehand, your urine will be diluted and have a lower creatinine concentration than the cut-off value mandated by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Medical experts are aware of this tactic, and may request that you partake in a specific gravity test and more validity exams, or provide another urine sample.

So, to avoid getting flagged, work on increasing your creatinine level by taking 3 to 5 grams every day until testing day.

On the day of your drug test

About two hours before the test:

·       Drink 1 liter of liquid, preferably Pedialyte or Gatorade. These drinks contain electrolytes that can better hydrate you than water.

·       Take a couple of aspirin tablets.

·       Continue taking your creatinine supplements.

·       Add some Rolaids/Tums/other antacids into the mix, as these are believed to have the ability to increase your urine’s specific gravity. Your urine sample should be denser than water to not raise suspicion.

Then, about an hour before the test:

·         If you feel that you need to urinate, just go and do it.

·         Consume another liter of liquid, preferably electrolyte drinks like Pedialyte and Gatorade.

·         Take more aspirin tablets and Rolaids/Tums/other antacids.

·         Add B Vitamins into the mix as well to make your sample have that familiar yellow urine color.

With half an hour until you are called to submit your urine sample:

·         Drink more liquid, preferably electrolyte drinks like Pedialyte and Gatorade.

·         Take some more aspirin tablets and Rolaids/Tums/other antacids.

You can adjust the amount of liquid, aspirin tablets, antacids, creatinine supplements, and B Vitamins you take accordingly. It is best to do a few dry runs before your actual drug test using home urine test kits to figure out the dosages that will work for you.

Understanding the basics of marijuana metabolism and detection

There are 421 chemicals present in an average cannabis plant, and 61 of these are classified as cannabinoids. Among them, THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, is deemed as the most powerful in terms of causing psychoactive effects to the human body.

Every time you smoke marijuana, the process of pyrolysis, or decomposition caused by high temperatures, produces different types of compounds, such as amino acids, sugar, nitrogenous compounds, simple fatty acids, and hydrocarbons. These things interact with the cannabinoid receptors in the brain and are what trigger the relaxing and light-headedness you experience.

Once inside the body, THC enters the bloodstream and also travels to the liver, spleen, lung, and adipose tissue. It can remain in your system for 1.3 days, if you are an infrequent user, or between 5 and 13 days, if you are a frequent user. It is excreted through feces and urine.

To detect traces of cannabis in the human body, urine is the most commonly used sample due to its ability to hold higher concentrations of THC and its metabolites in a longer time frame in comparison to fecal matter and others.

In addition to the amount of THC and cannabinoids absorbed by your body, your rate of metabolism, excretion, date and time when specimen is collected, degree of dilution, and other factors can also affect your test results.

SAMHSA sets 50 ng/mL as the threshold for detection of cannabinoids. This value indicates heavy or recent cannabis use. If you get a lower number, you are categorized as an occasional user, or someone who used to use a lot and is through a carry-over period.

Will Aspirin Help You To Pass Drug Test?

Through the years, a number of research studies have been conducted to learn if aspirin, once it undergoes decomposition into different compounds that gets absorbed by the body, can affect the results of a urine drug test. What exactly happens once you ingest aspirin? How can this common medication for the treatment of fever, pain, and inflammation help you beat your drug test?

The enzyme immunoassay for drug abuse testing method is one of the most popular immunoassay screenings used in the forensic and medical fields today. It relies on the observed signal generated at the end of the test to determine whether an individual is positive or negative for drug use. A signal that is higher than the cut-off or threshold is recognized as screen-positive, and one that is lower is considered screen-negative.

In one study, five men and one woman were instructed to take four aspirin tablets each. The six subjects were told to provide urine samples before ingestion, and every two hours in the next 20 hours. Their urines were examined and analyzed using the enzyme immunoassay for drug abuse testing method.

The results generated were observed to have a reduced immunoassay signal that led to the false-negative results. Thus, they led to the conclusion that ingestion of aspirin a few hours leading to a drug test may trigger a false-negative result. However promising the findings from this particular study appear, they do not guarantee that you will get false-negatives 100% of the time.

Why It Is Not Reliable

While there are people that attest to the efficacy of aspirin ingestion in passing a urine drug test, bear in mind that there is still a long way to go in terms of research and experimentation before you  can completely rely on aspirin to save the day.

People’s bodies are different, and what works for some may not work for others. Your metabolism rate, health and fitness level, body composition, lean mass, and body mass are different from that of your friend or co-worker, and these are some of the many things that determine how your body reacts to aspirin and other sorts of chemicals and compounds that get into your system.

Whether taking aspirin to pass your drug test is a success or not is heavily dependent on your own physiology, and may or may not always give you the results that you desire.
