Well, it’s Wednesday, it’s mid-week, and I haven’t updated you on my progress for nearly a week now. Things have been busy!
I’ve been away for the weekend (always tricky on the old dieting), I’ve played badminton again and I’ve dined out with my housemate following some flat viewing. So I’ve been up and down with the weight, unsurprisingly. The net result being that I’m 1.75 lbs up on my last blog. Not good.

Having said that, I’m back on track now and overall I’ve still lost 6.5 lbs. Lots of work still to do. Help?!?
