One of the many things I love about social media is accidentally stumbling across an inspirational Creative person. This normally occurs when you are feeling a little blue or feeling a bit down. The universe nudges you in the direction of this special person because it feels you could benefit from some of this person’s positive light and sparkle.

This was what happened when I bumped into Anna Mamwell on Twitter. She’s an ambassador for Bloodwise UK, a Leukaemia survivor and a blogger. On her blog ‘Becoming a Butterfly in remission’, Anna talks about her inspirational life journey so far, her thoughts on being a busy working mum and her creative pleasures.

Anna and I connected over Twitter, we shared stories of our personal experiences with cancer and discussed our creative lives. I knew she had to appear on my blog so I persuaded her to do so.
