On the first day of training , trainer provides the client with two forms to be filled by them so that trainer can understand their body.
1) Body composition Analyzer form – It has all the details related to your weight, height, body fat , muscle fat etc.

All the information is captured by a machine, carried by trainer to your home. You just need to stand on the machine and all the details will be captured automatically.

2) General and Medical questionnaire form – It has all the questions related to medical history of the individual. They get this form filled by clients to know if they have any health related issues such as breathing problem/knee injuries etc. He will suggest exercises accordingly.

Daily Program Starts with meditation for 3 Mins, mobility drill for 3 mins followed by 5 mins warm up.
Meditation is done to make you calm and stress free.
Mobility drill is done to open up your body.

Core of this fitness program is 3-2-1 methodology that comprises of 3 parts of cardio,2 parts of circuit training and 1 part of core workout.
Below are the details of 3-2-1 methodology used for the beginners:
Cardio1-1 min.
Circuit training A – Sumo squats , push ups and superman(1 min each)

Cardio2-1 min.
Circuit training B – Leg munges, shoulder overhead and bicycle curl(1 min each)

Cardio3-1 min
Core workout – Crunches and plank(1 min each).
Intensity, variation and duration of the exercises increases based of the dedication and willingness of client.

After workout, cool down stretches are done for 4 mins. These stretches helps in normalizing breathing and heart rate. Also it stretches the muscles that have been worked upon.
Whole program ends with shavasana.

Duration of daily workout varies from 40 mins to 1 hour depending on body composition and fitness goal.
To have this wonderful fitness sessions at your doorstep, you just need to spend 2000 – 6000 bucks, depending on whether you want to have it for a group or an individual.

1) BCA report – Calculated on regular intervals. You can see the progress you are making in achieving your fitness goal by looking at this report.
2) Nutrional plan – Suggested to you by the experts as per your BCA and fitness goal.
3) Classes information – Number of classes done and remaining.
