Toy Review: MARVEL GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY ELECTRONIC MUSIC MIX STAR-LORD

So last month we went to watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 in the cinema and ever since that day my son has had a fascination with Groot and Star-Lord. When we received a Star-Lord toy through the post for this month's Hasbro toy tribe review and he was over the moon, as you can imagine...

So if you have little ones at home that also pining over the latest GOTG toys then the Star-Lord action figure might be one that they would like!

Retailing for £27.99, Star-Lord plays music and phrases from the movie when you press the button on the cassette. He comes equipped with his two blasters and a mix tape, which can be inserted in to the cassette player to activate the songs from the movie.

The figure is rather well made and his legs and arms can move up and down, but can't rotate. His mask doesn't come off like some of the other toys in the range and the blaster are tough to get in to Star-Lord's hands, but once they are in they stay in well.

Every time the music plays the boys love to dance and they have even started to listen and request some of the songs on Spotify now!
