#55 Dermalogica – I’m a Skinfluencer!

Hello beauties!

First of all, I know I don’t publish a lot but when I do, I try to have the best quality post & I’m still learning and I’m still working on my colourful & energetic style.

Skinperfect Primer

This primer is aimed at older women for smooth fine lines but I do have a little wrinkes under my eyes already so I wondered if I can even out the skin texture. I applied it over the Smoothing cream and before my foundation (doesn’t matter which one as I use few, depending on the weather or mood). I felt that SPF30 is enough to use in Scotland but I know that for holiday in very warm countries I’d have to use SPF50 so remember about it if you have tendency to get burned easily. I can say that with it’s luxurious feeling & ingredients such as soy protein & pearl powder this is so far the best primer I’ve had. No problems at all with any of my foundations & my eye wrinkles smoothened a little bit so I can say it worked well

Smoothing Cream

This is definitely my favourite! It’s medium weight cream with many ingredients which moisturize (lecithin, aloe gel) & soothe (mallow, cucumber, arnica) your skin. It also contains antioxidants such as grape seed extract with addition of vitamins C & E. I usually use it before Primer or before sleep on top of my evening skincare routine. It’s my must-have, especially for the Scottish weather when my skin gets dry so fast.

Daily Microfoliant

This daily microfoliant is a totally new product for me. Few years ago I had sort of peeling in powder but gave it away. I’ve read lots of positive reviews about it so I was excited to test this exfoliating powder on me too! So, I add to the powder a bit of water (but you can add cleanser too) and gently clean my face. It fells nice & soothing (oatmeal & allantoin). Also, it brightens your skin, reduce pores & balance your skin tone. It’s definitely interesting because I thought it’ll be like those harsh peelings but it’s not so I’m a big fan of it! My face is almost like a baby skin now & I like to apply it on my hands too

Pre-cleanse Oil

We all know that to clean waterproof makeup it’s best to use oils but what if there’s a cleanser that can deal with any makeup? I think the answer to this question is Dermalogica’s pre-cleanse oil. It was so difficult for me to find a cleanser which could deal with waterproof makeup or long stay matte lipsticks (you don’t know how painful it is to wash red lipstick!) & in the meantime something which will not irritate my skin (especially eyes). It’s simply wonderful I love the fact that it contains borage seed, kukui and apricot oils making it so unique as well as perfect with the addition of rice bran & vitamin E. It dealt easily with the sunscreen too (not that you actually need to use sunscreen in Scotland xD I thought that 20 Celsius can burn me here! Hahahah! ).

Special Cleansing Gel

The last product, I’ve received is cleansing gel. It’s for all skin types and I used it after the pre-cleanse oil. It’s soap-free and the main ingredients are mint & lavender to calm your skin. Even small amount foams beautifully & effectively removes any dirt and oils from your skin. I like it!

What do you think about Dermalogica?

Have a great week!

Love, U.LadyCleopatra xoxo
