Why?
You can undo it - you sissy.

It's Christmas/ski/play/love/reading/jogging/walking time.

It's due time to get a Life.

How?

• Step 1 You tell you Facebook acquaintances goodbye. Note the neutral word isntead of 'friends'. 

• Step 2 You read the official instructions. 

• Step 3 You enjoy the result - i.e. free time with yourself, your better part and your family.

Bonus tips:

A) not sure you have had anything meaningful uploaded or told on Facebook at all. But if you believe so, then you can download your data (including pictures).
B) if you are a sole developper of a platform app, delete it.
C) you can get off of Twitter or any other obtrusive social media network just as easy.
D) if your career ties you to social media - change job.
